Weeks Integrative Medicine/Jingshen Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of our patients. This addendum explains how we collect, use and safeguard your personal information when you receive text messages from us.
We collect your mobile phone number, the content of the message you send and receive from us. We send text messages for customer service and support communications, related to scheduling, including appointment reminders. The frequency of messages varies.
Mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data is not shared with external organizations without your explicit consent, except as required by law. We have put into effect access controls and data sharing protocols to prevent unauthorized access or sharing of your information.
If you opt in for us to text you, we will store your consent information. We reserve the right to update or change this Privacy Notice, and will notify you of changes via text message, email or a posting on the website.
